Our nine-member Board of Directors will first review applications.
The East Side Club general membership will review Board of Director approved applications at the first Thursday of the month business meeting.
Upon approval, the applicant will be declared a member. A directory, membership card and welcome letter will be mailed out.
Each member of the Association shall pay annual dues ($100.00) as recommended by the Board of Directors and approved by the membership. The amount is payable to the Association’s Treasurer and is due on September 1st of each year. However, any member voted into membership after September 1st shall pay an initiation fee and a pro-rata portion of the annual dues in accordance with the following schedule:
Membership approved in August, September or October = 100 percent
Membership approved in November, December or January = 90 percent
Membership approved in February, March or April = 80 percent
Membership approved in May, June or July = 70 percent.
There is a $25.00 fee for first time applicants.
Online applications include a $3.00 credit card processing fee.
